Enns of Markdale, ON, formerly of Winnipeg, MB went into God's care on September 1, 2013 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Sonia (1994) and companion of the late Elaine Poersh (2013). Loving father of Robin (Lynne) of Souris, MB, Barbara (John) O'Beirne of Mexico and Jennifer (Mark) Noble of Markdale. Loved and remembered by his grandchildren Neil (Shannon), Sharon Enns (Joe), Kieran (Amy) O'Beirne, Brendan (Kathryn) O'Beirne, Katie O'Beirne (Tom), Siobhan O'Beirne, Shannon (Colin) Newfield, Jonathan (Johanna) Noble, Victoria, Gabrielle and Jacob Noble; and his great-grandchildren Eve, Heather, Azlan, Nieva, Solomon and Fay. Sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Carol Enns. Predeceased by his three sisters and five brothers. Funeral service on Tuesday, September 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church, 145 Henderson Highway, with viewing one half hour prior to the service. Interment to follow in LaSalle Mennonite Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada or the Mennonite Central Committee of Canada would be gratefully appreciated. Online condolences www.friendsfs.ca

John will be sadly missed by both Jillian and I. To Jillian he was her "Poppa John" and the only grandfather she knew for the first 2 years of her life. He was always special to her and he to her. John was a loving and doting "Poppa" to Jillian and I will forever be grateful to him for treating her with such devotion. He attended her school concerts and was always there for all the special occasions in her life, like birthdays, Christmas and family dinners.
