She was surrounded by her loving family who will miss her dearly. She is predeceased by her husband Omer, and is survived by her children: Solange (Rob, Rob Jr., Lyric, Trust), Paul (Michelle, Mélanie, Lucillie), and Pauline (Darrell, Dinara). Anita was very loving, kind, and gentle, with an open spirit and open arms. She loved family gatherings, and seeing her family around her. She had a great devotion to Mary, and looked up to her when she needed it. Should friends desire, donations in Anita's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or CancerCare Manitoba, in lieu of flowers. Anita's Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Parish, 264 Donwood Drive, Winnipeg at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 14. My dear Aunt Anita, you are with the angels now & no longer in pain......You were always a warm, sweet, caring person.....Always concerned about everyone else before herself.....I remember when Pauline & I were growing up & you would warn us of the dangers or the trouble I would be in on the farm if my parents ever caught me when I was getting into mischief.....You were always there protecting us when we were kids.....I will truly miss you...Rest in peace my dear aunt...Love you always....till we meet again...xxoo...My condolences go out to Paul, Solonge & Pauline....time heals all wounds my dear cousins...love you all....My prayers & thoughts to you all... - Posted by: Lori Albert (Neice) on: Sep 14, 2013
