Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • I teach the dog training classes at Golden Links. We loved to have Elsie come and watch our classes and she attended most of them! We used to chat after class and Elsie would tell us all about her dog, Sandy, that used to pull a sled with their books on it. She brought a picture of Sandy to show me one day. Elsie helped train many puppies and I will miss her presence in our classes. My condolences to her family. - Posted by: Laurel Neufeld () on: Sep 23, 2013

  • I met Elsie last year while working with Paws Dog Solutions at GLL. She attended every class and was such great company after. My Dog Duncan got to meet her and her family early summer and he loved her to pieces. It was with great sadness to learn of her passing. We miss her smiling face, sense of humor and lovely stories of her dog. We miss you. - Posted by: Jenn Harding () on: Sep 23, 2013

  • Dear Karen ,I don't have a lot of memories of your mom but I do remember her being a very kind and caring person. My condolences to you and your family. - Posted by: Darryl Maeren (friend) on: Sep 14, 2013

  • Mrs. Fraser came into our life to help look after our children when I went back to work part time - she was an angel in disguise when we needed one. Rob was a baby and he could not wait for me to leave for work as he and "Fraser" would play in boxes and had fun. We have kept in touch all these years and will miss her dearly. Rest in peace "Fraser". Her last birthday celebration was a happy time-so glad to have been there. Heather - Posted by: Heather Macarthur and Family (close friend ) on: Sep 14, 2013

  • Dear Lilian and Karen, I have so many happy memories of your Mom, looking back to the years when you, and my kids, were little. I remember your Dad and the shock when he died so suddenly. But your Mom was a strong lady and I admired her determination to keep your home and your lives as unchanged as possible. I think of you all especially when I am watching my grandson play baseball at Wilkes and Charleswood Road - I can see the farm and it makes me smile. With love, Jan Jones (and Glyn, Cathie & Dave) - Posted by: Janice Jones (Friend) on: Sep 14, 2013
