Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHYLLIS ALLISON (nee STOTT) Peacefully, September 9, 2013, Phyllis Louise Allison passed away at the Boyne Lodge in Carman, at the age of 90. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 65 years, Les, son Neil and Diane, Jane, Finn; son Keith and Catherine, Andrew, Ben; daughter Heather, Bill Humphries, Evan, Keiran; daughter Robin, Rob Kenyon, Michael, Krista, and her only sibling Don Stott of Sydney, BC. She is predeceased by her parents, Frank and Alice Stott, and grandson Christopher. Phyll was born in Reston, MB, met her husband Les after the war, married and moved to his family farm in Roland. She was active in the community with the Roland United Church choir, orchestra, UCW, and Bible Study, the Rebecca Lodge, Carman Legion and Legion Ladies' Auxiliary. She loved to dance, to bake and to play the piano. Music and family were central to her life. She enjoyed travel to Europe, Hawaii, and across Canada wherever her children lived at the time. When children left home, she worked at Triple E Trailers in Winkler doing their payroll. Memorial Service to be held Thursday, September 12 at 2:00 p.m. in Roland United Church, with interment to follow in Roland's Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boyne Lodge. Doyle's Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements. www.doylesfuneralchapel.com
