JACK WERNER Jack Werner peacefully passed away on September 7, 2013 with his family by his side. Remaining to cherish his memory are his wife Carol, his children Michael (Carole), Lori (Layne), Shane (Angela), grandchildren Kelsey, Brittany, Christopher, Riley and Noah, great- granddaughter Jordyn, brother Rick (Judy) and sister Pat (Gary). Jack was predeceased by his parents Jack and Bernice Werner. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service at this time. A very special thank you to Jack's nurse Dana.
