Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM STEPHEN DUNCAN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William on September 13, 2013 at 88 years of age. William is survived by daughter Bev; sons Jim, Albert (Maria) and Billy (Karen); grandchildren Kathy, Cary and Tammy. He was predeceased his wife Audrey. The family would like to thank the home care workers for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 19 at 1:00 p.m. at Henderson Hwy Legion Branch 215, 3600 de Vries Ave., East St. Paul. Bill and I have been friends for a very long time. I will miss the card games, the best tea ever and just watching TV and chatting. He was always there to lend an ear or give advice. I will miss the sparkle in his eye and the laughs. Or just popping in to watch his huge TV. Bill enjoyed his smoke, his train set and wee drop once in a while. He liked to talk about his marvellous trips he took. He loved his children and did worry about them. Bill had a long life and was proud of his service to his Country. When he spoke of the War, there were always humorous tidbits. He missed his friends as they passed on and now he is with them and his mom and dad. May the lessons you learned be passed on to others. May your love of life and family always remain. Thanks for visiting me last night to tell me you are safe, healthy and happy.
