HENRY DUECK It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Henry Dueck, age 87, on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Henry was predeceased by his first wife Helen in 1999, son Jerry at the age of five in 1960; parents, Cornie and Tina Dueck, and in-laws Rev. D. J. and Sarah Neudorf, and stepson Randy Liske. Henry leaves many cherished memories with wife Lylla, family, Ken (Cathy); Jeff (Mary); Jennifer (Robert) Gobeil; step-family, Glenda Liske (Brian Stevenson), Lori (Dale) Bartley, and Robert (Carole), many grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Henry will also be sadly missed and always remembered by his brothers, sisters, in-laws and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. S. Wong for his years' of compassion and the Cancer Care Manitoba personnel on Dad's team that enabled his final days to be ones of comfort and dignity. In keeping with Dad's wishes, donations may be made in his memory to Cancer Care Manitoba. A celebration of Dad's life will be held on Saturday, September 21 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4477 Main St. West St. Paul, with viewing at 1:00 pm.
