Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDARRELL KOPECKY Darrell Joseph Kopecky, 65, passed away suddenly at the family farm in Bowsman, Manitoba on September 14, 2013. Darrell leaves to mourn, his wife of 40 years, Jacqueline, daughter Jennifer and son-in-law Chris, his brothers Victor (Edna), Wes (Yvonne) and sister Anne (Stan) Racinsky. Darrell also leaves behind a large extended family including many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and dear friends Vickie and Chuck Crawley. Darrell retired after 25 years at the Manitoba Sheriff's Service. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. His favorite pastime was watching or playing hockey, where he made many lifelong friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 21, at 2:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
