Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBABY JAZLYN Jazlyn Sara Yarish-Berezowski, born May 24, 2013, died in her parents' arms at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, AB on September 30, 2013. After struggling with inoperable congenital heart disease, she overcame many different obstacles and beat the odds during the 14 weeks she spent in the PICU. She was born in Winnipeg, MB and spent one week in the NICU at Health Sciences Centre before she had the opportunity to delight her parents with two weeks and four days at home. Jazlyn is the daughter of Jenine Yarish and Jesse Berezowski. She is the answer to their prayers, and they waited for her birth with joyful expectation. During her short time on earth, she enjoyed cuddling with her stuffed animals, having baths, and being held close to her parents and grandparents. She was loved by all who knew her, and changed many people's lives. She will be greatly missed as she is now in the arms of Jesus watching over her loving family. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Home in Selkirk, MB. Gilbart Funeral Home Selkirk, in care of arrangements. www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
