I met Vic when I was much younger, a teenager maybe, when I lived in Fort Rouge. Around 1996 I moved into a house a few doors down from where Vic used to live on Aberdeen Avenue. From the first time I met Vic, I knew he was a very caring man. Since meeting him again as an adult, I came to know him as a man with a good sense of humor, and a great respect for others, always there if you needed a helping hand, or just someone to talk to. He was kind & generous. Although I haven't seen him in a few years, I know he will be greatly missed, I'm sure he was well loved... R.I.P. Vic... Big Hugs to you...
