He is survived by his wife Georgina, his brother Robert, and his family, the family of his late brother Richard, and nieces and nephews in Ontario, Michigan and Ohio and his three god children in Alberta and Ontario. Jack was born the eldest son of John Alexander and Francis Ruth (Boles) in Deloraine, MB, where he was raised and educated. Today Tony and I heard the sad news of our beloved friend Jack's passing. We know he had a great struggle to bear in the past year but somehow Winnipeg will never seem the same without Jack. May he rest in peace - Posted by: Gloria Fatouros (Friend) on: Oct 13, 2013

Georgie, I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I know it was a real struggle the last years and I know he is at peace now. I am sorry I am unable to attend the service as I am currently out of Canada at this time. My deepest condolences to you. - Posted by: Jo Jaeger () on: Oct 08, 2013

I had occasion to have worked with Jack, in my capacity as Corporate Security Officer with TD Bank in Winnipeg. I always found Jack to be a real professional Bank Manager, very aware & concerned for the well being of bank staff under his supervision. He will certainly be missed. - Posted by: Jerry W.Anderson (former TD Bank employee with Jack) on: Oct 07, 2013
