Our family really appreciates your thoughts and memories you shared of my dad, Roger. It's very comforting to know that others are thinking of him as well. There will be a small gathering for him that is open to all family and friends that wish to attend at the Pine Falls Legion on Saturday October 19th from 2pm to 4pm. Thank you - Posted by: Becky (daughter) on: Oct 15, 2013

I was blessed to work with Roger for 15 years. Long nights on maintenance days, or just help fixing a small problem, Roger always brought a smile to my face. Thank you Roger. My condolences to the family and all the friends like me. Mark Petursson - Posted by: Mark Petursson (Friend and Co-worker) on: Oct 15, 2013

Hi Julie & Family, Today Diana and I heard about Roger passing, We are in shock! If there is anything we can do please let us know. I truly thought Roger was a very good person, Often I would tell Diana what I thought of Roger. When we had our talks, I would leave feeling good. When we were in business Roger always treated us very good. after we rented the shop Roger and I stayed friends, any time we met it was like meeting my best friend. Roger was so honest, I just liked his way he thought about the people that worked under him at the Mill, never thinking he was above anyone. Marnie and Becky, your Dad loved you very much, often he would say nice things about you and I would think, Roger you are proud of your daughters, and it was another honest word your father spoke. Julie, Things he would say, I could tell you two were close and loved each other. Twice, I've experienced life on the other side, If you or the girls want me to tell you let me know. Again please let us know if we can do anything. Roger or Dad was a special Guy and he loved you very much. Take care. Love Diana and Don Chapel - Posted by: Don Chapel (Friend) on: Oct 12, 2013
