Grandpa Emilio, this is my tribute for you. As your grandson, I wrote this tribute down in the best way I can. I always loved you, in times when you felt mad. I always loved you, in moments of private love I always loved you, even in the day of your soul's saving. I still love you, for our times will never be forgotten. A lifetime you have lived spanned 61 years, a number too small for a grandpa to live. (But I sometimes thought you were a hundred years older than that.) Life has been tough without you. (It has been ten years, after all.) But the memories we've experienced will be treasured by us both forever. As the longest tribute in this passage, I give you two words as a sign of infinite remembrance: Thank You! Sincerely yours, Your faithful grandson, Ariston - Posted by: Ariston Tacchi (Grandson) on: Oct 18, 2023

Emilio was one the first friends that I made at when I started working at Kleysen Transport Ltd. At the time Emilio was a driver and I was an apprentice mechanic. Although our jobs changed over the years, Emilio remained a dedicated employee, and more importantly a true friend. Although our paths have not crossed as frequently as of late, whenever I would run into Emilio the friendship would be instantly rekindled and I would walk away feeling great. It seems every time I ran into Emilio he would give me his latest ET Music album he had created. The greatest gift one can give is friendship, nd while I appreciated his gifts of music, his gift of friendship will be most treasured. Emilio had a way of making you feel good when ever you spent time with him. He will be sadly missed by many, but affectionately remembered all. Condolences to his family. - Posted by: Tom Kleysen (Friend ) on: Oct 16, 2013

Emilio/ET, so many wonderful and found memories of our time together! In following of your passion for music, In the words of Jim Morrison, A friend is someone who gives you total freedom to be yourself. I never heard you criticize or judge me for my actions, I never heard you speak a harsh word about another, you simply found a way to find the good in all of us and add light to any situation through your humour! You have blessed us all with your friendship. We can all take away a gift from you E.T. if we were wise enough to have watched and diligent enough to have listened! - Posted by: Brent Hildebrandt (Friend and Coworker) on: Oct 15, 2013

So many great memories of ET. We all have classic stories and we will hold in our memories of him shared over a golf game, pool table, or just out with the gang. Your insane knowledge of music was just amazing, and your ability recall vividly so many people you worked with. Always ready with a joke and quick witted comment. Rest well my friend! Always have a chair for you at Bowsy's Bar! - Posted by: Bowsy (Friend) on: Oct 15, 2013

Our lasting memory of Emilio, is of him gazing out over the ocean during a walk in Stanley Park. With that contented smile, we knew he would have a peaceful passage.
