Dear Don and family - In easy casual ways I have been tracking down those who comprised the group of my best friends. Strange that it should be a bit difficult to hit upon the key words that now act as the locators, as it was in this case. Several years ago I met Don at our local gas station, where Don offered his phone number for the phone hanging around his neck - the only phone he then wanted - good old organized Don! Life has its ways that disrupt my otherwise orderly existence and I just hadn't made contact with Don. So sorry, not to have had the pleasure to continue with our mutual wonderful relationship - now at another time and at a better place. I know that your faith was strong, your life was very productive your family large and worthy, rest in peace after a life well lived, with many fond memories with your best friend in years past and with affection for our boyhood times spent and much valued and enjoyed - Harold, from west end Winnipeg days past.
