DARREN ROBERT BRAUN Passed away peacefully on Friday, October 18, 2013. Darren was born May 25, 1967 and lived his entire life in Winnipeg. He is survived by his two children Ryan and Kyle, parents Robert and Jeanette, and brother Jon. Darren was a kind and gentle soul with a wonderful sense of humour. He cherished life, loved his family and friends, and had compassion for everyone. Many have witnessed Darren's dedication and devotion to his boys for whom he fought so hard to live. His spirit and values will live on through Ryan and Kyle, and he will be remembered so fondly by so many. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Christ Lutheran Church, 815 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Refreshments will be served immediately following the service in the church basement.   • Darren was my daughter's first soccer coach and we enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him. Kyle is also a classmate of my daughter's and I was saddened to hear the loss of Darren. Every time I saw him during soccer season his spirits always seemed so high I was hoping he had beat it. My heart goes out to all of Darren's friends and family especially Kyle and Ryan.
