She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband John and their children Rick, Kelly, Danica and Dave and their families. A celebration of Phyllis' life will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the Oak Bank United Church 582 Balsam Crescent in Oak Bank with Rev. Cathy Kinsman officiating.
