JANET PORTEOUS RUSSELL (nee LOTHIAN) On Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at River East Personal Care Home, passed away peacefully at the age of 91, a month short of her 92nd year. Janet was predeceased by her husband Thomas and son Jack. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Patricia Mathieson; sons, Neil and wife Ellen; Murray and wife Cheryl; five grandchildren Sharon, Donald, Kirsten, Collin and Bradley; one great-grandchild, Aaron. In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire, contributions can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. Cremation has taken place. Service will take place on Monday, October 28, 2:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg.
