WILLIAM (BILL) HARSANT Suddenly, on October 20, 2013 at his residence, Bill Harsant passed away at the age of 69 years. Left to mourn are Bill's sons Will, Tim (Crystal); daughter Elizabeth (Jeff) Papoff; grandchildren Justin, Emma, Ethyn; sisters Sheila (Gunter) Lavallier, Mary (Jack) Hill, Carole (Bill) Bardwell; brothers Ted (Linda), Ernie (Renee); two nephews; and his love, Emily. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Mary Jane and William Charles. Cremation has taken place. Bill loved animals.
