Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROLLANDE GERTRUDE MARIE MURRAY (BRUNEAU) On October 17, 2013, Rollande Gertrude Marie Murray (Bruneau) (nee Labrosse) died gently after a short devastating battle with cancer. She was 74 years old. Born in Papineauville, PQ on December 24, 1938, she was the seventh of 11 children of Norbert and Pamela Labrosse. Rollande is predeceased by her devoted first husband, and father of her four children, Romeo Bruneau, her kind second husband-Gordon Murray, and her son Rodger Bruneau, three brothers and three sisters. She leaves to mourn her passing, her loving children-Aubrey Bruneau (Charlene), Michael Bruneau (Crystal) and Pamela Molner (Yancey); grandchildren Rodger (Amber), Charlotte (Nick), Nicole, Megan, Cynthia, Jacob and Donovan; and great-grandsons Rodger and Nash. Also grieving for the loss of this remarkable lady are her sisters Mariette, Rita and Monique, brother Armand (Louise), brothers-in-law Louis, Robert (Lynette), Donald (Maggie), Norman (Ivy), Lloyd (Cheryl) and sister-in-law Louise (Michael), nieces, nephews, and many, many loving friends who were like family to her. Her family would like to express deepest gratitude to those friends who showed their love, care and support for her and us in so many ways. Thank you Janet and Joe, Sadie, Rae, Cheryl, Aggie, and Connie. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Notre Dame du Lac Parish, 163 McArthur Ave., Lac du Bonnet, MB. Although Rollande was not born a Bruneau, she became the matriarch of the Bruneau family and the glue that kept our family close. She was the sister I never had and she will be terribly missed especially at those family gatherings. I am so grateful to have shared many family gatherings and dinners with my Aunty. I am most thankful to have spent an amazing afternoon sitting on auntys hospital bed holding her hand, smiling, laughing, telling funny stories and sharing fond memories.
