Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHANNA (ANN) SUMMERFIELD (nee RAPKE) May 20, 1915 October 23, 2013 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother. She leaves behind a large family who loved her deeply as she did them. She will finally be with her husband Oscar who died January 31,1963. To honour her memory, she leaves behind daughter Myrna (Al) and sons Grant and Brian (Lorraine) along with nine grandchildren (Lynda predeceased), thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves sisters Wy and Lilly, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was always a gentle lady who made many friends during her lifetime and never disparaged anyone. Dear mother, go gently to the arms of God with our love. Thank you to all the staff at West Park Manor for their care and attention to mom. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Winnipeg, MB. www.chapellawn.ca 885-9715

My heartfelt condolences to all of the family. I always had a very special place in my heart for Aunty Ann even though many years have passed since I saw her. She was a truly, wonderful, thoughtful and special lady and I will always treasure my memories of her when I was a little girl.
