RAUL DEL ROSARIO It's with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the loss of our cherished and beloved husband, father and grandfather, Raul Del Rosario on Friday, November 1, 2013. Raul will be greatly missed by his best friend, partner and loving wife for 43 years, Evelyn, and his children Yvette and son-in-law Larry, and Ryan and daughter-in-law Joanne, as well his most treasured grandchildren: Chelsea, Aaron, Sydney and Sadie. Predeceased by his father, Jose, he also leaves behind his mother Clarita, his brothers and sisters: Norma (Cezar), Danny (May), Baby (Vic), Efren, Ommie (Carla), Elit (Cecil), Loida (Jeff), and Rissa; and numerous nieces and nephews, including his cousins from Winnipeg, August and Arthur (Evelyn). His love will also be missed by the Ilano family: his mother-in-law Nanay Bineng, Vith, Nelly, Zenny, Edith, Azon (Johnny), Helen (Rene), Cey, Emma (Tony), Willie (Alice) and numerous nieces and nephews. Raul was a family man. The bond that he shared with his family was beyond comparable. He was an amazing man with a huge heart and his love was felt by everyone. Raul provided to all of us that miracles do come true and that he is now resting in the Heavenly Kingdom of God. We take comfort in knowing that he is now in peace and watching over us with his angel wings. Everyone is invited to join the family at a Lamay visitation on Thursday, November 7 and Friday, November 8 starting at 6:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 9 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. He will wipe away every tear from eyes and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. Revelation 21:4 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
