FRANCES LILLIAN MCCASKILL Lillian McCaskill died peacefully on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Portage Hospital. Lil was born on November 15, 1921 in Belmont, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her husband Neil; son Dennis; sisters Rosina (Perce) and Evelyn (Merlin); brother Lou (Ethel); sister-in- law Helen and brother-in-law Richard. Lillian is survived by her son Lawrie (Patricia) McCaskill; daughter Vivian (Ross) Stewart; daughter Doris (Glen) Thomson and daughter-in-law Gwen McCaskill. Lillian was also very proud of her grandchildren Deveson (Janet) McCaskill, David (Rene) McCaskill, Maria (Jeff) Androschuk, Hayley McCaskill, Jeff (Tracy) Stewart, Leah (Mike) McAulay, Michelle Stewart (Ryan Wannamaker), Dawn (Todd) McClure, Blake Thomson, Adam McCaskill and Kathryn McCaskill (Chad). She was always very pleased as each new great-grandchild arrived; Brandon, Kelly McCaskill; Cason, Taya McCaskill; Sierra, Ashlee Androschuk; Lilly, Ella Stewart; Olivia, Liam, Ewan McAuley; twins Mason and Lucas Wannamaker; Ava, Sarah McClure. Left to mourn Lil's passing are her brother-in-law Ken McCaskill and nephew Brendon. She can continue her favourite pastime of gardening in Heaven. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gladstone United Church with Lynne Sanderson officiating.
