ROBERT GARRITY Peacefully surrounded by family Robert Garrity, passed away at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 76 years. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Gerard Parish, 45 Foster Street, officiated by Father Greg. A reception will take place after the service at St. Gerard school hall. As per dad's wishes, cremation has taken place. Longer obituary will follow. My sister is married to Mike. I consider Mike's parents and sister Jsckie as family. Every time we had a family event and Mike's parents were there, we always had great laughter and good times. Bob was a great man and I will miss him a lot. I hope Bobbie is taking good care of him. I’m heartbroken. I will always remember Bob as a caring person with a witty personality laced with humor. I will miss him dearly. I’m glad Sebastian and I came over for Christmas. I remember "Uncle Bobby" from the earliest days of my childhood when the Garrity clan would visit our cabin in Northern Ontario. The laughter, the card games, the lively conversation will always be with me. I have nothing but the fondest of memories of Bobby.
