TINA KOSAK (nee DERKSEN) 1928 - 2013 It is with deep sadness the family would like to announce the passing of Tina Kosak at Riverview Health Centre on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the age of 85. Tina was predeceased by her parents Tina and Jacob Derksen, five brothers and one sister. She was also predeceased by her stepmother Sarah Derksen. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Joe, children; Peggy (Ernie), Don (Sharon), and Susan (Gord), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, two brothers George (Marlene) and Ed and sister Anne as well as nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial Service to be held on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, interment and reception to follow. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Tina's name to Riverview Health Centre, One Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4. Glen Eden Funeral Home & Cemetery 338-7111
