Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANGE-AIMEE BREMAUD (née SIMARD) 1929 - 2013 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ange-Aimée, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on November 17, 2013 at the Villa Youville in Ste Anne. She is survived by six children, Claire (Gérald Michaud), Germaine (Daniel Michaud), Gisèle Atiyolil, Luc, Joanne, Léo (Michelle) and Sheila (daughter-in-law); 12 grandchildren, Joanne, Annette, Paul, Marcel, René, Janine, Marc (Amanda), Louise, Josée, Mathieu, David, Sylvie, and two great-grandchildren Khloe and Louis. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers, Therèse Courcelles, Juliette Malo, Jean (Irène) and André (Huguette), as well as her in-laws Rachelle, Cécile and Charles Gobeil, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Marc, her two sons Raymond and Norbert, her brothers Jacques in infancy, Théodore and Conrad, her sisters Marie in infancy, Béatrice Catellier, Cécile Groot, Annette Gobeil, and numerous in-laws. Ange-Aimée was born in LaBroquerie on March 12, 1929. At age 14, Ange-Aimée quit school to manage the household, nurse her mom and help raise her siblings. June 12, 1951, she married the love of her life, Marc. They raised eight children on their dairy farm in LaBroquerie. In 1981, they semi-retired and moved to a small acreage in Dufresne. Mom's faith and devotion to family were the most important things in her life. Mom took great pride in her cooking, canning and baking skills. She was an excellent listener and gave us the practical knowledge to overcome life's challenges. Mom's sense of humour, compassion and giving nature was appreciated by all who knew her. Our family would like to express appreciation to the many doctors, nurses and home care workers who helped take care of Mom. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, November 22 at 2:00 p.m. at Saint-Joachim Parish in LaBroquerie. Viewing will begin at 1:30 p.m. Condolences may be sent to www.desjardinsfuneralchapel.ca Desjardins 233-4949 1-888-233-4949
