She leaves to cherish her memory her four sons and one daughter, John (Mary Ann), Peter (Sonya), Donna (John), Dennis (Bev), Ed (Nancy), daughters-in-law, Jean Prociuk and Pat Prociuk, grandchildren and great-grandchildren Darryl (Lynne), Samantha, Matthew; Harold (Christine), Kennady, Kaleb; Terry (Dave), Zach, Sam; Steve (Tammy), Blake, Duke; Michael (Caroline); Curtis (Elizabeth), Mason, Carter; Larissa; Tania and Cayman; Daniel (Jessica); Michele (Graeme), Liam; Janine (Lei); Pam (Steve), Ty; Kyle; Jason; Aaron. She was predeceased by her husband, Matthew in 1995, by her three infant children Adele, Roman and Roger, by sons Paul and Morris, daughter-in-law Shirley, son-in-law Boris, parents, John and Maria Picklyk, stepmother, Anna Picklyk, sisters, Annie and Lillian, and brothers Mike and Paul. She was born and raised in Caliento. Dad and Mom raised their family on the farm in Lonesand and moved to Winnipeg in the early 1970s. Mom was employed as a homecare worker and was active at the Holy Eucharist Church with the U.C.W.L.C. and seniors club. Mom and Dad enjoyed travelling with their family to Hawaii, Dominican, Mexico and cruises to other destinations. Mom's love of cooking, gardening and entertaining family and friends was her passion, but her most special times were at Christmas and Easter with her children and her tinkie winkies (her grandchildren). The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff who gave her kind and compassionate care at Irene Baron and Bethania Care Home. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, November 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Monroe Avenue and Watt Street with Father Michael Kwiatkowski officiating. Interment will take place at Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimers Society of Canada or a charity of your choice.
