Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHAZEL HELEN TULLY (nee ROY) On Sunday, December 1, 2013, at the Carman Memorial Hospital, Hazel Helen Tully aged 98 years of Carman formerly of Elm Creek, MB. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Tully. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Elm Creek Community Hall with Rev. Harold Kenyon officiating. Interment will take place in the Elm Creek Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's United Church, Elm Creek; Carman United Church, or to a charity of one's choice. So sorry to hear of Aunt Hazel's passing. My sister's and I remember her fondly, she was the sweetest person we have ever met. She spent time with us as we grew up with the Finnies and the Cummers.
