LARRIE MURCHISON It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Larrie at his home on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. He leaves many to mourn including his two daughters: Michelle (D'Arcy) and Colleen (Rodney); his siblings: Terrie (Angie), Dwight (Shirley), Dana (Margaret), Penny (Hank) and sister-in-law Paulette; his grandchildren: Chloe, Skylar, Owen, Findley and Sadie; his former wife and friend Janet; his AA community of friends. Larrie was predeceased by his mother Florence, his father Edward and his brother Gary. He will always be remembered for his love of the outdoors whether in his work on the CPR rail lines, his summers spent with family at West Hawk Lake, helping out with yard work, or just sitting in a lawn chair enjoying the breeze. Despite his many health challenges in his last days Larrie pushed forward with courage and strength. A special thanks to his sister Penny for her endless love, understanding, support and generosity. At Larrie's request no funeral services will be held, but a private family memorial will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare. www.seasonsfunerals.ca
