MICHAEL GREEN The family of Michael Green sadly announce his passing. He was beloved by his wife Debbie, children Sarah (John), Dustin (Eco) and his granddaughter Grace as well beloved by his mother, Sheila Green, his brothers, sisters and their families and Debbie's family. Michael was predeceased by his father, Ken Green in 1982. Michael was well known for his friendly and helpful ways. He was fun loving, good natured and sincere. Many called him friend. His friendships meant so much to him and brought him a great deal of joy. Michael and Debbie chose Stonewall to be their home to raise their children and have resided there for the past 27 years. Mike said Stonewall reminded him of where he grew up in Charleswood. Michael enjoyed his yard, his home and always had a project on the go. His other passion was fishing. He was so excited and proud when his son, Dustin, bought his first fishing boat this past summer. Michael thought deeply about many things, including God. He loved to learn about nature, life and love and had many rich and happy experiences. Michael's greatest love was his family and he will be sorely missed by them for eternity. On Tuesday, December 17 a private family service will be held followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 p.m. for friends and family at St. Luke's Anglican Church, 130 Nassau St. N, Winnipeg Manitoba. The Green family will have a light tea and refreshments after the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation in support of Project 11, a youth education plan focusing on positive mental health awareness. Donations can be mailed to 345 Graham Ave. Winnipeg MB, R3C 5S6. www.seasonsfunerals.ca

Debbie, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. It was so neat to end up as neighbors in the country after many years since Mike and Pat were buddies in Charleswood. I pray that they are both at peace together.
