Chuck and family We just found out today that Sheila passed away - we are so very, very sorry for the loss of your beautiful wife and wonderful mother and baba. We definitely would have been there to support you and the family. We would like to come to the shiva. Sheila was a very special woman - caring and with this wonderful smile. Our thoughts are with you, Chuck, and family. We are so sorry. What a huge loss of such a dear and beautiful friend. Came to know Chuck and Sheila late 1980's, spent many happy hours working with Sheila in Manitoba Legislature, thereafter visiting at their home and cottage at Winnipeg Beach, and hosting at our home in Ste.
