Gramma, I'm not sure what it is lately but I am missing you and Grampa more and more lately. I dream of you often this past year. Nothing significant, it just feels like you are both making your presence and offering me reassurance that everything I'm dealing with in life right now will be okay. I know your coming to say you are with me and my daughter Blakely. I wish she had the chance to know you but I will tell her all the wonderful stories I have in my heart. Love you Gramma and Grampa. - Posted by: Brooke Usick (Grandaughter) on: Aug 24, 2021

Dear Darlene, Bonnie and Arlette, Losing Mom is the hardest thing. She is our first lasting memory. She is the reason why we do many of the things we do, and conversely why we don't do many of the things we don't. She praised our efforts and gave us a sense of self worth. She dried our tears when we thought we would cry our hearts out. She propped us up when we failed and shared our joys and accomplishements. She worried when we did what she knew would not work, and didn't complain when we left. She knew we would always return, if only for a short while. We don't really lose those things when Mom passes; we've handed them on to our own kids. We will keep the memory of where it came from. Mom remains in our hearts, a lasting memory. When someone loved becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. We are thinking of you in this difficult time, and hope you will find comfort knowing that Your Mom is remembered and held dear by so many of us. - Posted by: Darla (neice) on: Jan 06, 2014

Aunty Anne. You were one incredible lady with an also incredible family. It was somewhat sad watching your two remaining sisters speak about you today ... paying tribute to their special sister. I smiled when Brandy mentioned the fragrance of Jergens lotion. I'm glad somebody did. I'm glad I got to see you in March this year. See you later :) (in eternity, of course) - Posted by: Elaine Soltys-Wiebe (Niece) on: Jan 04, 2014

Great Gramma I know I'm putting on a brave face for my little sissy, but I'm crying on the inside. I wish I had the chance to say my good-byes and bring Ryder to you see you one more time... but I know you're already watching over all of us.. the day you left this world and became a beautiful angel as you already were I had gotten a guardian angel amongst my change from a customer at work... I will keep it forever just like all the memories we have had, and with Bucka too. You'll be forever missed and always in my heart. My gramma was an amazing, strong lady. She had style and grace through her entire life. I'll forever miss her but will cherish every summer and holiday I spent with her and my grampa at their home in Erickson. I know she's in safe hands now with my grampa and smiling down on all of us. Love you gramma xo - Posted by: Brooke Usick (Granddaughter ) on: Dec 29, 2013

My Gramma will be forever in the hearts of all of us. Her Great-Grandaughters are having a terrible time dealing with her passing but believe she is in heaven with their Bucka. That is what is helping them since she missed him so much. I'm glad that they had all this time to be with her and make memories of their own as I have of her. As for her Great-Great-Grandson, he will remember her through pictures and stories that will be passed along over the years. As for my Mom and her sisters ( my Aunties), I'm sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Brytt Yurechuk (Grandaughter) on: Dec 28, 2013
