• Ev was a beautiful person inside and out. She always made you feel that there was a special connection and her smile was always welcoming. Heaven definitely has a new angel watching over us all. • It is so heartbreaking to hear that Ev has passed on. No words could ever express the sadness I feel for you and your family and for anyone who had the luck to know Evelyn. She was always my go-to girl. My common sense person and the one I could always count on for straight talk and an honest opinion. She was a woman of her word and friend that everyone could count on and, these days, that is damn hard to find in today's world. I'm sad that there is one less superhero and that Ryan and family has had to say goodbye to one of he most wonderful women in the world. • My deepest..condolences to all of the family but to you Ryan, Blair, and Brent. I remember all the times I shared with Evelyn over the years, I shared many fun times with her and her family. Evelyn was the person at so many functions, or her family get togethers, I wanted to sit beside her because she was so much fun and she had a beautiful warm heart. I loved Evelyn's big smile. • I am so sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. I have so many good memories of our friendship. Evelyn and I were neighbours and we made fast friends when she moved to Weston. I remember our kraft dinner lunches, harassing our favourite teacher, Mr. Stewart, when he lived in Ev's block, spending hours on the phone, hanging out with friends. She was so much fun to be around and such a great person - I will always cherish my memories of her. • They say you remember people by how they made you feel. I didn't know Ev very well but I remember the few times I was around her. There was something going on in my life that I was uncertain about at the time. She made me feel that what I was doing mattered. She was such a warm and friendly lady.
