Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN (GRANT) SMITH Suddenly, on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Edwin, MB, John "Grant" Smith, beloved husband of Linda Smith, father of Crystal, Stacy, Travis (Keirston) and Trevor Smith, passed away at the age of 66 years, Funeral service will be held in the Meyers Norris Penny Building, Island Park, Portage la Prairie, MB on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastors Joyce Wiebe and Harry Friesen officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home for visitation on Thursday evening, January 2 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the G.L.O.W. Haiti (God's Love for Orphans and Widows) c/o Christ Church, 25-2nd St. SW, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 2A2 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
