She will be sadly missed by her son Randy Glazier (Sherri), grandsons Evan and Owen; her daughter Rhonda Glazier and grandchildren Samantha, Jessica, Alexander and Michelle; her sister June Esselmont and niece Wendy; her brother Bill Snell (Cathy), nephew Tyler; and by her sister Mary Lou Bettess (David) and niece Christy Schmidt (Andrew). She was predeceased by her brother, Fred Snell in January 1996; her mother, Mary Snell in August 1996 and brother-in-law, George Esselmont in January 1976. A service to Celebrate Sharon's life will be at St. Phillip's Anglican Church, 240 Taché Ave. at Eugenie Street in St. Boniface on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m., with a reception to follow. (Elevator service available off back lane.) Interment will be held during the summer for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sharon's name to the charity of your own choosing. Sharon provided companion care for my aunt a few years ago ,when my aunt was still in her own home at 93 years of age. My aunt loved her, and Sharon went beyond her realm of responsibilities. She cared very deeply for her clients and provided me with respite. She even visited my aunt when she was placed in a personal care home just because she cared. A very warm and compassionate lady, she will be missed. - Posted by: Frances Bradley (Sharon was a companion for my aunt through Comforts of Hone Care) on: Jan 03, 2014

It has only been a short time since we met at 141 and became good friends. We've had many laughs and good times. I'll miss you at our dinners out with the girls. It was your turn to pick the restaurant. When we go out we will pick for you and you'll be in our thoughts. Someday, we'll meet again. As a child my parents and siblings would go to Winnipeg for the summer visiting all relatives. I fondly remember the cucumber sandwiches and shopping get togethers which we would both take. You will be missed by all in Toronto, Ontario and the surrounding areas - Posted by: Brenda Griffiths (nee: Pruden) (Niece) on: Dec 31, 2013

SHARON AND I SPENT A FEW SUMMERS TOGETHER BEFORE AND AFTER RHONDA'S BIRTH. ONE SUMMER SHARON WANTED TO REDO THE BATHROOM FLOOR. THERE WAS LINOLEUM ROLLED UP AND WAITING FOR US TO CUT AND INSTALL. WE MEASURED AT LEAST TWO TIMES AND CHECKED BEFORE CUTTING. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT FIT PERFECTLY, BUT IT WAS RAW SIDE UP. WE QUICKLY ROLLED IT BACK UP AND PUT IT AWAY WITHOUT SHARING THIS WITH ANYONE. I KNOW YOU WILL BE MISSED BY MANY. - Posted by: JUDI ARMSTRONG (NEICE) on: Dec 31, 2013
