DENNIS LLOYD JOHANNSON (BAGGIE)
Born: Dec 26, 1971
Date of Passing: Dec 29, 2013
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDENNIS LLOYD JOHANNSON (BAGGIE) December 26, 1971 - December 29, 2013 It is with great sadness we announce the tragic passing of Dennis Johannson on December 29, 2013. He will be deeply missed by his children: Ivan, Eric, Joey and Alyssa; his parents: Irene, Russell and Grace; his sisters: Laurel and Jenna; his brothers: Josh (Cortney) and Joey (Chantelle); nephew Bronson; grandmother Evelyn Loewen, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Dennis was predeceased by grandparents Jenny and Joe Johannson; aunts Wendy Sweetland and Elaine Spray, and cousin Eric Johannson. Dennis was born and raised in Manitoba. His work took him all over the continent but he always called Lundar home. Dennis was an avid fisherman and was very happy to share this passion with his boys. Dennis' children were his pride and joy; in turn, they idolized their dad. He will always be their hero. In keeping with Dennis' wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the Lundar Community Hall with Zach Dixon officiating. Service will conclude at the hall. A family interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to benefit his children at CIBC (Lundar) or Noventis Credit Union (Eriksdale) "In Memory of Dennis Johannson". Eleven years ago this wonderful man left our lives. His young boys are men now. His youngest son Joey has entered the trade and has the joy of learning about the "man" his Dad was through the eyes of people that knew his Dad in an environment he as a child had not seen. If any of these men/women see this writing I want you to know that as the grandmother I am grateful to you and I thank you for sharing. Dennis has gained some nieces and nephews in these past years. His sister Laurel named her only child (a son) Sawyer Dennis Johannson in his honour. I read the messages in this page and I see love respect, friendship for my son is abundant. He was a loving son as he was a father and friend. Dennis is as much loved today as he ever was. - Posted by: Irene (Mother ) on: Jan 02, 2025

When I spent time with you and your boys, doing your family photos, it was obvious how much you loved each other. It was obvious that they looked up to you. And obvious that you loved them with your whole heart. It was a pleasure to see that relationship. - Posted by: Karen (Friend ) on: Jan 03, 2014
