December 31, 2013 Peacefully, on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 Helen passed away at Riverview Health Centre, where she had been a resident for 13 years. She was predeceased by her husband Steve in 1996. In her early years, Helen loved to go fishing and camping with her husband. She was an important part of her extended family, often hosting large family gatherings. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in Helens honour on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue (across from Brookside Cemetery).
