Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • It was a total shock followed by extreme sadness to learn of Gerry's passing. For many, many years we had the privlege of calling Gerry a friend. He was a wonderful shuffleboard partner, and no one could polka like he did. He was always more than willing to lend a hand or give advice no questions asked and nothing expected in return. If you looked up the word friend in the dictionary, it would describe Gerry to a T. Ger you will be missed big time. - Posted by: Audrey & Al McDonald (Friends) on: Jan 15, 2014

  • Jerry thanks for your sincere friendship, your mechanics, our laughs together, our times out at the cottage, for being my snooker partner for over 15 years, but most of all for being you. This comes as a complete shock and Hilda our love, prayers and thoughts are with you and your family as we all grieve through this trying time. You have left a huge void in many lives you have touched and most certainly ours Jerry. You are the true meaning of a sincere friendship and we are so grateful for being part of your life. All of us will truly miss your presence around the house and up at the club. Heaven must be certainly brighter. By the way Jerry, we made the A side this year and it will be in your memory I will continue. Keep watch for me pal because one day we will play again. Thanks for all our fun times together and nothing but happy memories and lots of laughs. It's not goodbye but till we meet again. Safe travels my friend. All our love. The Yeo family. Miss you lots. - Posted by: Darryl Yeo (friend) on: Jan 13, 2014
