Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARTHA BARGENDA (nee PYTEL) Our beloved mom and grandma passed away on January 4, 2014 at the age of 80. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her son Donald, daughter Diane (Peter) and grandchildren Ryan, Sean and Rachel. She will also be missed by her sister Elsie, numerous nieces and nephews, and her brother-in-law Bill. She was predeceased by her son William Bruce, sisters Nettie, Anne and Mary, and husband Walter. A celebration of Martha's life will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg. A private interment at Elmwood Cemetery is planned for late spring. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to a charity or organization of one's choice.
