• Dear Doreen, Jon & Crystal: Buddy was a great guy, and Beverley and I have fond memories of times spent together in Winnipeg and Toronto, notably with our stay at your place in 2010. Buddy's Mom was a Welham and we are thankful to our elders for bringing 2 branches of the family back together after 5 generations, enabling us to meet so many of his siblings, cousins, aunts and uncle. Buddy's grandfather Reg, late of Selkirk, must have been so proud of him. May he rest in peace. Buddy was always such a great guy; you could always count on him and there was never a dull moment when he was around! • A very dear friend, we met many years ago, during our time in Manitoba. A favourite memory is our time in Mexico, with Buddy "CLOWNING" around, making us all laugh and smile, as no one else could do. • I am shocked to hear of this. Charlie was a great person. He always had things to talk about. One of the things we always had in common was curling. From the Post Office leagues to at present Victoria senior league. It won't be the same without Charlie to talk to before, during and after the games.
