Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Barb was always professional and open to discussion. She always had her clients foremost in her mind. However she was also able to play hard and laugh lots. The world was a better place because of her journey through it. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to those whose life she touched. - Posted by: Art Ladd (physio consultant Norway House Hosp. ) on: Jan 30, 2014

  • It was with great sadness that I heard of Barb's passing. I was the Lab supervisor in Norway House for 12 years. I had great respect for Barb's abilities as the Director of Patient Services. - Posted by: Sandy Campbell () on: Jan 29, 2014

  • Just heard today from a co-worker. My condolences to the family in this time of sadness. I worked with Barb at Health Canada, First Nations and Inuit Health. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. - Posted by: Monique Willman (Co-worker) on: Jan 27, 2014

  • I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Barb. I received the news yesterday…I am currently out of the country on holidays. I did call Barb before I left and left her a phone message and hope that she heard it. Always remembered. I first met Barb when she came to work as a ward nurse at Norway House Hospital where I was the Medical Records Technician. Over the years we were usually in contact and worked together again in the Regional Office in Winnipeg..Health Canada. Barb had a great sense of humour and we always had fun and a lot of laughs. Sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Sandra Foehr (Friend, co-worker and ex sister in law) on: Jan 26, 2014
