GEORGE LANGELIER George, with his family by his side, passed away on January 25, 2014 at the St. Boniface Hospital, after a long battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his parents Lionel and Marguerite (Marchessault) Langelier and brother-in-law Jules Desautels. George is lovingly remembered by his loving wife Odile, his children and his grandchildren; Lynne (Darren Koziey), Léo, James and Matthew; Louise (Philippe) Bonomo, Alexei (Breanna), Patrick and Natasha; Roxane (Philip) Watson, Collin and Claudia. He is also survived by his in-laws Marie-Ange Desautels of BC, Georges Morin of St. Malo, Lucien and Eva Morin of Montreal, Madeleine and Edgar Daigneault, Arthur and Evelyne Morin of Winnipeg, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 30 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Norbert Parish, 80 St. Pierre Street. Viewing will begin at 9:30 a.m. and a decadent of the rosary will be said at 9:45 a.m. Interment of his cremated remains will take place at a later date in the St. Boniface Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the palliative care team especially Suzanne.
