I will remember your contagious laugh, your warm personality, hospitality and kindness. I remember a few times as a kid borrowing Brennon's old BMX bike and riding to the garage to say hi and check out what uncle Bob was up to. Bob once told me how he would not leave as being the only elder in Arborg at the time because he knew it would be too difficult for some to travel. This is truly inspiring and caring. I will always have those fond memories and will miss you until the day that I hope to welcome you back in perfect health. I will continue to keep my aunt and cousins and family in my prayers. I love you all. - Posted by: Mark Schmidt (Nephew) on: Feb 27, 2014

Our family was fortunate to have Bobby lead two funeral services - 25 years apart - for two special Babas. He was a skilled speaker, a kind hearted person, and he will be missed. My condolences to Darlene, Shannon, Brennon and their families. Tammy Karatchuk {Formerly of Arborg) - Posted by: Tammy Karatchuk (Cousin) on: Feb 26, 2014

I am so very sorry to hear of Bobby's passing. All of my memories of growing up with the Arborg congregation involve him. Even though it's been almost 28 yrs for me now since I attended the Arborg Hall, I can still hear his voice from the platform. He was so very compassionate, loving and caring and always put the concern of others first. I am definitely a better man because of his influence and fine example. We can all find comfort from Jehovah's promise that soon we can hold our loved ones again. - Posted by: Wayne Taraschuk (Cousin ) on: Feb 25, 2014

I have many happy memories of Bob and family coming from Arborg to spend time with our family. Remember the rubber fried egg from the playhouse we tried to feed him for breakfast? Bob always greeted everyone with a smile that went ear to ear. He was a gentle, humble soul that always made time to make everyone feel at ease and important to listen to. My thoughts are with Darlene, Shannon and Brennon and families. May happy memories get you through this difficult time. We have been friends of the family for all of our adult life and truly appreciated the time that Bob and his family spent in the Arborg congregation building up the faith of his brothers and sisters. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him and remembered by Jehovah when he resurrects him to his former health and vigor. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family at this time. - Posted by: Wes & Debbie Sigvaldason (Friends) on: Feb 24, 2014
