Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA KOZAK (nee DMYTRUK) On Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the Notre Dame Foyer, Anna Kozak aged 88 years, beloved wife of the late William Kozak. Anna was born in 1926 at Gardenton, MB. She married William Kozak in 1954, and they had one daughter Cindy Lou who was born in 1966. They lived in Elm Creek on the farm for 40 years, before retiring to Carman in 1992. Anna was predeceased by her husband William in 1994, one infant daughter, by her mother Effie in 1965, by her father Nick in 1980, brother George, sister Mary, her uncle John Dmytruk in 1972, her brother-in-law John Shoferka in 1994. Anna leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Cindy, nephew Ronald and his family, as well as cousins and other relatives. Anna enjoyed gardening and growing flowers, cooking, sewing, crocheting and listening to Tommy Hunter country music. Funeral service will be held at Doyle's Funeral Chapel in Carman on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Harold Kenyon officiating. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Carman. Doyle's Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements. www.doylesfuneralchapel.com
