SHIRLEY ROBINSON On Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the Misericordia Health Centre Shirley passed away at the age of 88 years. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Roy and sister Eleanor. Left to mourn are her daughters Debra (Gordon) and Lynne (Dave), grandsons Ryan and Jeff (Maureen), and great- granddaughter (Kaitlyn). Shirley's last year was a difficult journey with dementia/Alzheimer's; in the end it was a paralyzing stroke that took her from us. She enjoyed a good game of bridge, knitting for the Christmas Cheer Board, and was a long-time volunteer for Meals on Wheels. In keeping with Shirley's wishes, there will be no funeral. Cremation has taken place with a private family burial to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB, R3T 9Z9.
