  • John, I hope you are up there racing around in your little MGB with Rusty the dog by your side! Stan wasn't too happy when Rusty chewed up the shoes in the entryway! You can discuss that with him now! I remember the time you packed Gail, Cheryl and me into that little car and dropped us off at the Mall. I will remember your sense of humor, your kindness, your thoughtfulness, your willingness to help others. I will miss seeing your little pop ups when I am on facebook: "YOU HOME?" and then five minutes later the phone would ring! LOL. You were loved and you will be missed. XOXOXO. Gail, Taras, Larysa, Natalia and Olana and Anne – you will have a special Guardian Angel watching over you. - Posted by: Judy Duesling (North Bay) (Sister-in-law) on: Mar 20, 2014

  • I grew up across the street from John's family and was friends with his 3 daughters in childhood. He was a loving father, always made time for conversation even when I was older and came home from college to visit my parents. He would always ask how everything was going. I am so saddened to hear that he will no longer be with us. My heart goes out to the Wach family. May you be surrounded with love of friends & extended family during this time. - Posted by: Kari (Neighbor) on: Mar 20, 2014

  • After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we’ve shared with our loved ones who have passed, this is what keeps them alive in our hearts and in our minds, and they will continue to live on, through us. Know that we are holding you all close in our thoughts and prayers. - Posted by: Debbie Marsden, Toronto (Sister-in-law) on: Mar 20, 2014
