Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLESLIE HAMMOND September 12, 1924 - March 18, 2014 We are saddened to announce the passing of our husband, father, and grandfather Leslie Hammond on March 18, 2014 at the age of 89 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Eileen, children Mark (Aischaa) of Calgary, daughters Linda Pascoe (Edward) of Winnipeg, and Karen Hammond of Toronto, grandchildren Quinn and Reed Hammond of Calgary, Clint Carruthers (Jessica) of Calgary, and Dale Carruthers of Winnipeg. Leslie was born in Brandon, MB to Mary and Arthur Hammond. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by all of his siblings. The family would like to thank the surgical and nursing staff on 7A West at St. Boniface Hospital for the excellent, kind, and compassionate care provided to Leslie during his time there. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street with reception to follow. Glen Eden Funeral Home & Cemetery 338-7111
