Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • I loved hearing from Bertha at Christmas time and miss her cards. The last time I visited her was in 1991. She took us out to the cabin at Lake Winnipeg which included swimming in the lake. I have such good memories. I wish I had known that she had passed on. My caregiver and I discovered today (1.15.15) she had passed as I was reminiscing about Canada and family and we decided to get online and see if Bertha was still alive. I remember you saying "blast/bomb over to someone's house". Rest in Peace Bertha. Linda - Posted by: Linda L.Paine (Winfred Paine's only daughter; Shoshone, Idaho USA. I am a cousin of Bertha's.) on: Jan 15, 2015

  • I have so many fond memories of the Leeder family and the good times at Grand Marais in your log house. My heart goes out to all of you and the sadness in my heart that we didn't keep up throughout our adult lives. I might have been out of your sight but you were never out of my mind. God bless you all. - Posted by: Clifford Horsfall [Emery] (Old family friend) on: Apr 02, 2014
