Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLIFFORD BRIAN SWAN LAPPART Asinyabiko Migizi Inini-Rocky Mountain Eagle Man December 22, 1949 April 12, 2014 Peacefully with his family at his bedside, Lappart left to be with his Creator (Great Spirit). Wake services will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Clifford and Lorrie's residence in Lake Manitoba First Nation and will continue to the funeral service. Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at the St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church in Lake Manitoba First Nation with Father Michel Nault officiating. Interment will follow in the Lake Manitoba First Nation Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rodney Swan, Clifford Swan Jr., Christian Swan, Vernon Paul, Tracy Spence and Brandon Spence. All those in attendance can consider themselves Honorary Pallbearers for Clifford that day. Special thanks to his Home Care worker Laurie Gudmundson, the staff of the Lake Manitoba Health Centre, Eriksdale and Seven Oaks Hospitals, Chief and Council of Lake Manitoba First Nation, Jason Swan of the Aboriginal Health Services, all who came to support Clifford and his family while he was in the hospital and to Arnason Funeral Home. The day I heard of your passing was a sad moment. I kept mentioning to other family members that Lappart would stay longer with us. My family and I will send our special condolences to all his family. Our grandmother's were sister's of the late Caroline Swan and Elizabeth Swan.
