I worked with Elizabeth for over 25 years at the Kivalliq Inuit Centre. She always had a rousing story to tell, or would give an ongoing narrative of our surroundings as we drove around the city picking up and dropping off patients and their escorts. She seemed to get on well with people of all communities in Nunavut, and had a mastery of Inuktitut dialects that was amazing.
