Mass of Christian Burial was Celebrated on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. also in the Church with Rev. Fr. André Lico, presiding. MARIA DO NASCIMENTO SOUSA It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Maria do Nascimento de Reis Melo Sousa on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in her home in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 74 years. Maria is survived by her son Carlos; daughter-in-law Olga; granddaughters Catherine and Carolina; as well as numerous nieces; nephews; relatives; and friends. She was predeceased in death by her parents Gil Soares de Melo and Angelina de Reis; dear husband José Curvelo Sousa; and her beloved brother José Resendes Soares. Prayers will be held on Tuesday evening, April 29, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street North. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. also in the Church with Rev. Fr. André Lico, presiding.
